Microswine

Microswine with characteristics such as we have seen in the Panepinto hybrid strain afford the investigator a supple, soft skin surface which is similar to humans and may be manipulated easily by injection of DNA or the application of DNA vehicles.

Yucatan™ miniature and microswine, weighing 20–45 kg, were purchased from Sinclair Bio-resources (Windham, MA).
