Midpoint

The tram stop serving HS2 will be located close to the existing Curzon Street building, underneath what will be the midpoint of the station, with step-free access provided from platform to street level.

A closely spaced midpoint is also often used to separate syllables or letters, especially in Catalan when one l adjoins another.
