Minipalette

Although only six tools, six inks, and a minipalette are displayed at any one time in the toolbox, right clicking on any of these objects brings up an appropriate dialog box from which you can pick substitutes.

If you use AutoShapes a lot, you can keep a minipalette (bottom) of them open by choosing Insert → Picture → AutoShapes.
