Mosquitoless

I am on record for ten years past, of saying that we can't boast of a mosquitoless New Jersey until after our annual expenditures are at least a half-million dollars. Our experience this year is good proof.

Is this not too high a price to pay for a sproutless potato or a mosquitoless patio?
