Mucoperiosteal

After mucoperiosteal flap reflection, in groups 1 and 4 (traditional surgery groups), osteotomy was performed using a 1.6 mm round bur mounted on a W&H implanted surgical high-speed handpiece, at 40,000 rpm under abundant irrigation.
