Netcop

Isn't the infamous "netcop" post that gets reposted here weekly your justification for continuing the discussion on news.admin, due to your interpretation of news.admin's charter?

So I just skip over them, rather than netcopping every time I don't like the content. Any thread with 'jealousy' in the title doesn't even get a look, but perhaps I should start netcopping about how that has been done to death here, and I didn't even find it interesting or relevant to me the first time it was brought up?

But what's the reason for netcopping this shit at all? What pisses you off about these posts? Spare me the bandwidth shibboleth (should we mod usenet as a whole? Then Who giveth bandwidth and who taketh it away?). I don't think you want to make a 'whataboutthechildren' type arguments either.

Mark, That Ken Ehrett was netcopped twice by yours truely, both as Ned Kelly and Insectus Pentius. He was probably kicked off the system. He underestimated MY wrath!

So who netcopped Gangle? Well I think it was none other than (drum roll please!) cat daddy. And didn't he set it up beautifully!!! As the coup de grace on the little flame war and intense dislike that he and I have cultivated here on this very group, what better way to gain a "breast beating" position than to netcop Gangle and then say "Look! he did it!"

Normally people do not act like you, you are a special case as everyone can see. When it comes to calling Mexicans "Wetbacks" and calling people with an illness "Dick Suckers", your damn right I will netcop you. And as I can see, I'm not the only one who is netcoping you huh? Obviously people are getting frustrated with your offensive behavior. Contribute something positive to the group at least, can you do that?

I can't believe you netcopped him for that. Plenty of other people swear in this group, and you just decided to pick on him for some reason. You are so full of it Bob, you have the worst, meanest, most unproductive attitude of almost anyone in this group and yet you decide to pick on him.

That is most definitely Not True. This newsgroup is unmoderated, but *fiercely* netcopped. The discussion is extremely wide-ranging, but there are a few things that are Not Allowed by the Charter.
