Neurospicy

(When you're neurospicy, it's even worse because it can become such a long list that it's honestly discouraging.)

Neurospicy folks can frequently experience sensory overload (or the feeling of being overstimulated).

For those of us with neurospicy brains, instructions can get tricky, and I have huge compassion for writers who mostly follow directions but miss a step.
