A 'nigger', that's what they call you. Negroes was 'niggerous' women ... . 'Nigger, what you want?' You know that's the way it was. I am serious! And when I'm at the nursing home, and I be running my mouth I can see them old white ones in there saying, 'She must think she's something.'
