Nonboldface

All nonboldface characters are scalars. Capital or lower case nonboldface letters with subscripts may be elements of the corresponding matrix or vector.

Boldface print is more prominent than nonboldface print.

The section provides in small, nonboldface print that the arbitration shall be conducted before three arbitrators and all administrative fees and costs shared equally by the landlord and resident and “all such fees must be advanced prior to the arbitration ....”

The word “loan” appears at the bottom of the letter, in nonboldface type, and other documents enclosed in the letter explain the loan program without directly saying the student was offered a loan.
