Noncomposure

When coupled with anxiety cues and the absence of positive feedback or affiliative behaviors, such behavior may signal noncomposure and discomfort in a relationship.

Noncomposure may merely reflect a person's current emotive state irrespective of the relationship.

For an instant I thought I detected a smile of amusement or some evidence of appreciation on her face, but she quickly regained her noncomposure and snorted in disgust as she whirled to stomp back to her desk.
