It might be claimed that much of the noncorpus data I have mentioned above is performance data and therefore is not relevant to the task of grammar construction and verification.

Most of this noncorpus poetry has previously not been easily accessible and has been ignored by the critics, with the notable exceptions of Laurence Housman, Tom Burns Haber, and William White.
