Nonspore

After 2 days incubation at 22°C, sterile 3% cemulsol NP12 (Rhone-Polenc) is added to 0.3% to kill all nonspores. After 2 hours the cell residues are scraped off the plate with a silicone rubber scraper and centrifuged at 500 g x 10 min.
