Paraform

Cells were then fixed with PBS (ph 7.4) containing 3.2 % paraform for 20 min, washed extensively with IF wash buffer (1X PBS containing 0.5 % NP-40 and 0.02 % NaN 3 ), then incubated with blocking buffer (IF wash buffer with 10 % fetal bovine serum), and finally stained with anti-rabbit-ALKBH3 (Millipore) diluted in blocking buffer.
