Peamole

I've even had success with, well, “peamole,” in which fresh English peas stand in for the broccoli.

There's no greater inspiration than the 6 feet of towering peas in the Hollyhock garden. This is a refreshing, light spin on its richer cousin, guacamole. Peamole wants to snuggle up with corn chips and crackers.
