Peopleize

We have to become comfortable with hiring, working with, and valuing the work of the people who can popularize our data. And I mean popularize in the best sense of the word: peopleize. If we don't make our data products people-friendly we can't really make a serious contribution to the Information Age.

Because you are people, you personify what you perceive — “peopleize” it. You imagine such “spirits” to be small people, endowed with your own kind of characteristics.
