Perp-walk

There on CNN is Jeff Hernandez, a friend of ours, being perp-walked out of his house in Woodside by federal agents.

She wove through the busy students toward him, snagging his arm and all but perp-walking him outside to the front of the bakeshop.

It wasn’t until I had been perp-walked past the entire student body and locked in the Box for the night that it finally occurred to me to check my phone for messages.
