PHO-MEN SOUP Whilst travelling in Vietnam and Japan I did my fair share of slurping bowls of ramen and pho. Here I've brought the two dishes together – it isn't traditional or authentic, but instead I offer you my whimsical tribute to memory of those exciting flavours (and good times).
