Photodepletion

Most of these strategies are still in the developmental stage, including those directed towards augmentation of immune reconstitution after T-cell-depleted haplo-HCT, such as infusion of pathogen-specific T-cells, suicide-gene expressing T-cells, regulatory T-cells (Tregs), or ex vivo photodepletion of alloreactive donor T-cells.
