Picotech

This email challenges readers to consider the possibility of a picotech, or even a femtotech. Presumably a picotech would be of the scale of a nucleus (a hydrogen atom is about 0.1 nmeter, a proton is about 0.1 pmeter), and a femtotech would be into quark territory.
