Don't worry too much about the decorations. Just buy some balloons, printed napkins, placemats, and all that jazz, and I'll set it up for you.

Consider using placemats or coasters to protect the counter from stains.

The Ortolan is served on Versache plates with custom silk placemats, and finished with gold leaf, just to gild the lily.
