Powerlifting

Powerlifting is a sport in which athletes compete to lift the maximum sum weight of the three heavy weight events, squat, bench press and deadlift.

Powerlifting makes me feel like a super hero in my everyday life.

Many of the events will be hosted at the same venues used for the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. They include athletics, sitting volleyball, wheelchair basketball and powerlifting.

For the first several years of my exclusive career in powerlifting, I couldn't bench too well.
