Pregerminated

The same procedure was followed for the cold + seeding-depth stress experiment, except that the pregerminated seeds were planted at a depth of 10cm, grown at 25°C for 10d, then incubated at 10°C for 6, 24, and 96hr before harvesting leaf tissues.
