For the lowest resonance I obtain I#123;#92;pi#125; = #92;Omega#123;#92;pi#125; = 5/2#123;-#125; for #123;39#125;Mg which is likely to be prolately deformed, while I#123;#92;pi#125; = #92;Omega#123;#92;pi#125; = 1/2#123;#43;#125; may be assigned to the nucleus #123;21#125;C which may be oblately deformed.
