In contrast to clusters containing upregulated promyogenic genes, clusters with down-regulated genes in early or late myogenic differentiation were enriched for miR-335-3p, -206-3p, -322-5p, -335-5p, -351-5p, -322-3p, -133a-3p, -133b-3p, -532-5p and miR-532-3p targets (Fig 3C and S4C Table ).
