We enhance the term ‘belief’ because here, with Camden’s text as well as with Québecian associations, we cannot consider these allegations of “synchronicity” as facts.

In this respect the Québecian position differs considerably from the one found in the continental or continentally influenced systems where the revocability usually lapses automatically with the death of the donor, and not of the donee.
