Riboproteins

The concept of sequence logo has many generalizations; indeed, logos for DNA major groove binding are described in [16 ], logos for tertiary structure alignment of proteins are described in [17 ], logos for RNA alignments including mutual information on base pair covariation are described in [18 ], and logos with secondary structure context of RNAs that bind to specific riboproteins are described in [19, 20 ].
