To serve, invert the semifreddi onto a platter and remove the plastic wrap. Drizzle some of the chocolate syrup over the tops. Using a knife dipped in hot water (and dried thoroughly), slice the semifreddi into 1-inch slices.

Unmold the semifreddi onto plates.
