We've all heard the phrase 'Sunday Blues'. Some call it the 'Sunday Sads' or 'Smonday', the exact point that you start hating Sunday because Monday comes next.

Smonday ... The moment when Sunday stops feeling like a Sunday and the anxiety of Monday kicks in.

I was interviewed for Bloomberg Business Week on a phenomenon known as “the Smondays,” which refers to people being anxious and upset on Sunday because they are thinking about all they have to do on Monday.
