Soloprov

I think performing soloprov would give me even more stagefright than I usually get doing improv with my team.

She mentioned a 15-minute set of "soloprov" where De La Bruere played all of the characters.

How do you rehearse for a soloprov show? Do you have any rituals?

I've also been using that time to put up soloprov showcases, where we have really great rotating lineups of both new and experienced solo improvisers.
