If his fatherinlaw takes him in business, the soninlaw is a sissy; if he doesn't, it is because the soninlaw is a thief. If he spends his wife's money, he is scorned as a parasite; if he advises saving it, he is reviled as a tight-ward.

The soninlaw, tried some months ago, was found guilty and is now serving a life term in the penitentiary at Fort Madison.

Mrs. Ethel Gallagher left the city on Monday morning for Detroit where she will visit her daughter and soninlaw and grand baby. Friends wish Mrs. Galagher^([sic]) a pleasant trip.

As you might realize, there are a few, especially older doctors out there who just don't keep up. I have 2 physician soninlaws who both practice away from this area, and I'd like to believe they do.

My soninlaw's Dad (lives here too) has had season tix to the Red Sox all his life and he bet on the Red Sox to go to the World Series before the season started. He is now VERY RICH because of that bet!
