Spamwich

It's British Sandwich Week next week - so Farringdon's The Hat & Tun is launching a new sandwich - that might not be everyone's cup of tea. It's the Ultimate Spamwich, which - as they put it - has " spam, eggs, spam, chips, spam, eggs and spam".

When my Spamwich arrives I can’t wait to get stuck in - the fresh roll is filled to the brim with three slices of spam, smashed hash browns and a runny egg flavoured with a sprinkle of pepper and BOB sauce (a mixture of brown and red sauce known as best of both). I remember eating Spam as a kid but this combination takes it to a whole new level - who knew processed meat could taste this good?

The Double Decker Kimchi Butter Spamwich is definitely a mouthful to say, but it’s also a mouthful of deliciousness.
