Storying

As we hope to show in this chapter, though, it is not really different material that we need so much as different interpretations, different storyings, different “valuations” of the material that we have.

Other people's storyings were contributing to the storyings of my own life. The chapter which follows is a narrative of some of the understandings developed during the year in which this book was written.
