Subconsole

A handset is also provided at each subconsole and can be used for either interphone or radiophone communication.

The communications radar subconsole is located to the left of the navigation aids subconsole.

A subconsole in a library can be employed as a multipurpose instrument. It can channel audio programs, lessons or musical selections to listening stations situated throughout the library and can also feed the same originations to the master console for distribution throughout the building.
