Surrebuttal

The written costs arguments of counsel have been made with fastidious attention to detail. There are 15 sets of written submissions (in recognition of the milky way of points raised by counsel, I permitted submissions by way of reply, rebuttal, surrebuttal and beyond). I do not have the requisite life-expectancy to address all of the points in these Reasons.
