Dissolve the baking powder in 1 tbsp water.

Add 3 tbsp of grilling sauce for every pound of chicken.

2 tsp vinegar / 2 Tbsp 1% milk

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) / 1 Tbsp sweetener

To increase the umami taste, splash 1 Tbsp of soy or tamari sauce on the broccolini once they’re cooked, and swap the fine salt out for an umami-infused salt.
