Teamship

Under Brown's leadership, Anderson ISD reflected these themes in varying degrees. Dr. Brown emphasized vision-building, constantly communicating a vision of quality achieved through teamship for the district.

We each agree that the potential benefits of teamship far outweigh the costs involved, and we agree to experiment with the team method of organizing work for the next two years.
