Throughlane

The Vine Street intersection proposed under the Draft Single Package would consist of two throughlanes, one right-turn and two left-turn lanes in each direction.

The street was like so many others in New York—one way for traffic, parking allowed on both sides, and the throughlane tight since cars grew in size while the streets stayed the same width.
