Tomatoed

That snapper is firm and fresh, skinned and boned and (partly as a result) of rather mild flavor--with it you are served discs of sautéed zucchini, browned and crisp, in a tomatoed oil that is dotted with cloves of garlic.

Also, for tomatoed consommé (madrilène), increase the gelatin slightly because the acidity of the tomatoes weakens the gelatin.
