There are many at Eastleigh who will agree that, although most components of ex-L.S.W. Urie engines are heavier than their modern counterparts, they are at least relatively simple to work on; a week in the oil bath of a Bulleid Pacific has convinced many of the advantages of simple two-cylinder machines!
