Unconjugate

Revaccination should take place a minimum of 2 months after the initial dose of unconjugate polysaccharide vaccine.

Under the alkaline conditions of the duodenum and under the enzymatic activity of β-glucuronidase, conjugate bilirubin is hydrolyzed to unconjugate bilirubin.

To circumvent that problem, it is proposed in [24] to use the conjugate correlation instead of the usual unconjugate one.
