Underrelax

Because of the inherent non-linearity of the discretization equation it is sometimes necessary to slow down the change in φ from one iteration to the next, i.e. underrelaxing, to avoid divergence to the solution.

With this modification, van Doormal and Raithby reported that it was no longer necessary to underrelax the pressure correction.
