Vegfest satisfies this desire by featuring more than 400 different kinds of food to taste. Each year, this food sampling extravaganza serves the vegetarian and veg-curious public with more than 150,000 free samples of delicious food from every company you’ve ever heard of and a few you haven’t, but soon will.

But as the manuscript evolved, we recognized that non-vegans (or veg-curious folks) might also pick up this book. If that’s you, we welcome you. We think that you may find that much of what we talk about is helpful to you even as a non-vegan.
