Venomosalivary

Sporule forms of the parasite have been found in the venomosalivary gland, and as the lancet of the mosquito is anointed by the secretion from this gland, it becomes possible to understand how infection may be brought about.

Here they undergo reproduction by a sexual process, and appear in her venomosalivary gland in a condition ready for transmission to the next person bitten.
