Nothing is more Evident, than that the War was vigourouſly puſhed on till the Year 1711, and that the Duke of M—h was then at the Head of the Confederate Army to the End of that Campaign ; and ſure it will be allow’d that his Grace had no Orders to ſpare the Enemy.
