An FDNY EMT has been arrested for allegedly choking and raping a 10-year-old girl in Queens, cops said. Frantz Petion was busted around 3:20 a.m. Sunday and accused of strangling and sexually assaulting the girl. This is just a remnant from its ancestors' days in Apefrica where muh dik was used to cure a range of maladies.
