Compared with OFS, CFS had higher relative abundances of the actinobacteria belonging to the family Nakamurellaceae, acidobacteria of the family Koribacteraceae, proteobacteria of the groups SC-I-84, Ellin6067, Oxalobacteriaceae (particularly the genus Janthinobacterium) and Ralstonia and bacteria, belonging to the genera Paenibacillus and Pedobacter.
