Imagine a Chinese chef who has just prepared a cheesehamburger- except he used Chinese flowering chives instead of onion, ground pork instead of beef, furu instead of American cheese, and steamed buns instead of baked. It might be interesting...but it just wouldn't have that authentic American flavor....
