Crabocado

Vietnamese Crabocado Wraps with sweet & sour dipping sauce. Why we love it: We've yet to meet anyone who doesn't adore rice paper wraps, but we tend to eat them on the rare occaisions we go to a Vietnamese restaurant - which is a shame, because they're so easy to make at home. You can use whatever you like as a filling, but our absolute favourite is this crab and vocado duo, served with an authentic sweet-and-sour dipping sauce.
