We describe here, for the first time, that atorvastatin, rosuvastatin and fluvastatin enantiospecifically induce CYP2B6, CYP2A6 and CYP3A4 in human hepatocytes, and also that they enantiospecifically influence transcriptional activity of PXR and GR.
