Such elites, almost always male, have for the most part determined the destiny of humanity since the Endoeuropean invasions of the peaceful Old European culture right down to the present day refusal of the American political elite to give up the nuclear weaponry that threatens to bankrupt the nation, if not to destroy the world outright.
